How can I place an order at IAMerchandise?

Begin by browsing through our website and selecting the products that interest you, specifying your desired colors, and upload your logo. Once you request a quote and upload your logo and information, our team will provide you with a quote and personalized product designs within 24 hours.

This process is free of charge, and you have the flexibility to adjust your order or cancel if needed. We strive to make ordering from IAMerchandise easy and hassle-free for our customers.

Can I order individual products instead of merch packs ?

Yes, many customers order products in bulk. Generally we have a minimium order quantity of 15 pieces per produ

Does IAMerch offer any warranties or guarantees on their products?

We are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy about the quality of the products, reach out and we find a suitable solution (you can get a credit for a next order or we will reprint the damaged products). The warranty relating to products applies only to defects caused by faulty manufacture, construction or material. The warranty does not apply in the case of normal wear and tear and damage caused by accidents, modifications made to the product, negligence or incompetent use, as well as when the cause of the defect cannot be clearly determined. We are not responsible for errors made by the customer during product customization. Please review your order carefully before submission.
